The objective for the Key Account Manager is to develop and execute the national key account plan of the Professional Power Tool business, aiming at a continuous positive development of the annual turnover and the overall profitability. You play a key role in the growth and development of the customer's relationships within the Belgian Professional Power Tools market. Given the national scope, you speak and write fluent French and speak Dutch quite well. Given the special focus on the regions Brussels,Hainaut and Walloon Brabant, you live preferably in that part of the country.
You manage your Key Account portfolio for the Professional market that covers Belgium, with a focus on the regions Brussels, Hainaut and Walloon Brabant.You reach the strategic sales targets.You execute the operational sales plan, for both the promotional aspect and for the business range. By doing so you outperform the competition.You follow a planned and well organized approach to maintaining and intensify relations with both existing and new customers.You manage the margin improvement plan per Key Account.You continuously monitor trends with your customers and the overall consumer market.You follow up the progress on your targets and act upon if needed. You report on the progress in weekly billing calls.You develop a strong tailor-made promotional plan for every key account. You plan what you sell, and you sell what you plan.You develop a long and mid-term growth plan. You ensure incremental growth while maintaining the solid foundation for your current business.You manage trade conditions and propose operational improvements.You gain an in-depth knowledge of the customers' strategy and specific direction of the organisation.You match your plans both internally (according to the values and strategy of Stanley Black & Decker) and your key accounts.You monitor trends, based on stakeholders input (for example: customers, buyers, sales managers, marketing, etc.)
