The firm builds custom work environments for forward-thinking Belgian companies, designing the spaces to foster team connections, well-being, productivity and performance.

Description de la fonction

You'll be our construction expert, dealing with everything construction-related.
Here are examples of things you'll be doing:

• Assess the condition of our leads' building to help us estimate the cost of the works needed
• Identify risks & potential challenges before a project starts
• Organize in-depth technical & mechanical analyses with different experts (elec, HVAC, etc.)
• Use our tools to measure, take 360° pictures, and scan our clients' spaces in 3D (you will be trained to use these tools)
• Prepare sites for the works - access control & security, work hours, parking, etc.
• Supervise sites day-to-day - lead site visits, make progress reports, answer questions from contractors, etc.
• Help our clients with technical issues post-project

Profil

Required

• You're fluent in English, and Dutch or French (additional languages are a + but not necessary)
• You have a driving license (B)
• You have experience managing construction sites and broad knowledge of interior works, and construction materials & processes
• You're flexible, ready to start early or finish late when needed, and exceptionally work on weekends

Preferred

• You've worked on commercial interior design projects (ideally fit-out, design & build)
• You are proficient in Dutch and/or French
