Talencia is looking for an experienced Senior Functional Analyst for one of his clients.

Mission

• Requirements Analysis: Comprehensively gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements in collaboration with various banking stakeholders.
• Functional Specifications: Write detailed functional specifications (User Stories, Use Cases, BPMN Processes, etc.) to guide development teams.
• Technical Alignment: Work closely with architects and developers to ensure that proposed technical solutions meet functional requirements and industry standards.
• Validation: Define testing strategies, coordinate validation phases (UAT), and ensure deliverables comply with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Change Management: Contribute to preparing end-users for the deployment of new solutions.

Profile

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Sector Expertise: Solid and proven experience in the banking sector is mandatory (e.g., core banking, payment systems, financial products).
• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in French and English (FR/EN), or Dutch and English (NL/EN).
