As a Freight Forwarder Export Air, you will be responsible for organizing your own shipments and coordinating the entire transport process from A to Z.

Tasks
Manage daily customer service and maintain close contact with clients regarding air export shipments
Create and manage shipments in your own TMS system
Provide instructions to the customs team for the preparation of customs documentation
Communicate daily within the international network for shipment pre-alerts and quotations
Ensure accurate invoicing and high-quality data management
Apply compliance standards regarding security, embargo countries, carriers, and goods

Profil

First experience within Freight Forwarding (Air Freight)
Good command of Dutch and English and French
Quick learner when it comes to new IT systems
For this position as Freight Forwarder in Machelen, it is important that you are proactive, organized, and eager to grow within an international logistics environment.
