Our client is a well-established Belgian industrial company, internationally recognized and based in Wallonia.

Our client is committed to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. To support its continued growth, they are looking for a Financial Manager to lead the finance function and contribute to the company's strategic development.

Key Responsibilities of the Financial Manager Oversee general accounting, monthly and annual closings, statutory reporting, and external audits. Lead and oversee transfer pricing documentation and compliance Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT and corporate tax filings. Manage cash flow forecasting, financing activities, and banking relationships. Supervise insurance matters and financial risk management, including foreign exchange and hedging activities. Lead, coach, and develop the finance team. Drive process improvements, ERP developments, and finance digitalization initiatives.

Profil

The Ideal Financial Manager Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and corporate law Proven experience in a senior finance or accounting leadership role Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational skills Solid experience in treasury management, financial reporting, and internal controls Experience with SAP S/4HANA Fiori is a strong asset Interest in digital transformation and AI applications in finance Advanced Excel and ERP expertise, with a strong focus on process optimisation Fluent in English, both written and spoken
