Our organization is constantly moving, that¿s why we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer oriented CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our team in Groot-Bijgaarden in Belgium.
Job description: In this role, you will work as part of a professional and dedicated Customer Service team (3 people in Belgium, 8 people in the Netherlands and 11 people in France). While being in close contact with the Key Account Managers and other departments, the main responsibility will be to support our customers by performing a variety of tasks, such as: ¿    Executing all order management and design administration activities; maintaining all  Master Data in SAP and other systems. ¿    Make sure the sales forecast is in line with customer requirements. ¿    Support the design development process. ¿    Being the focal point of contact for the (local) customers assigned to you. ¿    Representing Supply Chain topics during in Key Account team meetings for your  customers. ¿    Organize quarterly meetings and present actions and/ or activities to improve the relationship with our customers. ¿    Participating in improvement teams or taking own improvement initiatives (can be together with the customer). ¿    Liaising with foreign production factories (mainly in Europe) and coordinate some logistic activities.
