Your future job                                                                       Every tribe/squad member is part of a chapter. As Chapter lead you¿re a people manager and expertise lead. This expertise you use to develop the right competences in your chapter and you play an important role in the career development of your chapter members. You are also part of the tribe leadership. Join us @ the Channel & Customer Experience tribe for Individuals, in the double role of Cluster Scrum Master and Chapter Lead for the Cluster Scrum Masters & Tribe Release Engineers. Our tribe has an E2E product responsibility for the digital solutions (such as Easy Banking Web & App) for individuals and  small enterprises. The tribe consists of multidisciplinary teams (squads) combining all the IT & business skills needed to develop & maintain these solutions. In addition to the role of Chapter lead role, you will have a second role as Cluster Scrum Master. In this role you will coordinate & facilitate the collaboration between the squads, for a specific project with a high level of complexity. Your first project will consist in developing a completely new platform that will support the Sales team in their interactions with the client. (transactional as well as relational).  Your main challenges: Your challenges as a People Manager of the Cluster Scrum Masters (CSM) & Tribe Release Engineers (TRE): You support the team members on difficult or complex questions and help them make the necessary changes. You recruit the profiles foreseen in the Strategic Workforce Planning and you guarantee an appropriate ¿onboarding¿ of these new team members You make sure that all of the team members have the right knowledge and skills You are responsible for the annual evaluation and the remuneration decisions in your chapter.
