Our client is situated in the south of Brussels and is easily accessible with public transportation.
Our client is an international, growing, very well-known company active in the insurance sector.
As Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Provide support and helps the underwriters in resolving underwriting queries; Responsible for the Agenda, the files preparation and the minutes of the different committee meetings; Communicate with the local and foreign sales offices in order to confirm or obtain data; Help in the migration process of information to the new operational system in collaboration with the project manager; Update of the Intranet; Perform controls on the contractual documents and data quality of the system on regular basis (checklists); Elaboration of draft of policy contracts based on existing templates.
Profil
The requested qualifications for this Administrative Assistant position include: You have a Bachelor degree (in administration, insurance, marketing,¿) or a similar experience of minimum one year in a similar position; You have perfect spoken and written English, and a very good knowledge of Dutch. French is a plus; You have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; You have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work; You have attention to details and problem solving skills; You are a team player.
