Payroll Officer (h/f)

A new position of Payroll Officer has just been created within a company active in the professional services sector. The company is located in the heart of Brussels and easily accessible by public transport.

You will be part of a young and dynamic team and together you will be responsible for payroll processing and personnel administration of clients located in more than 140 countries. As Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Processing day-to-day payroll for your clients portfolio; Processing joiners and leavers; Establishing a good relationship with your clients based on trust; Answering daily telephone calls and emails; Developing your knowledge on HR topics; Attending client meetings and conference calls;

Profil

The ideal Payroll Officer profile: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or equivalent by experience Minimum 2 years' experience in a social secretariat A very good knowledge of social legislation Excellent knowledge of English Organisational skills and stress management Customer-oriented and solution-oriented
