A new position has just become available at one of our clients, active in the real estate sector. The company is located in the South of Brussels. The company will soon move to the centre and will be very easily reachable by public transport.

In close collaboration with your colleague, you will ensure the support and administrative follow-up of the Project department. As Project Assistant you will be responsible for the following tasks: Organizing meetings and related logistics, participating in the management of the department's activity planning and the agendas of the team members. Preparing presentation materials and organization of team meetings Drawing and maintaining various inventories (materials and furniture present on the site) Managing phone communications, appointment scheduling and message tracking Managing and following incoming and outgoing correspondence Writing minutes, reports and presentations based on layouts Participating in the work order process (from assisting in carrying out calls for tenders, to issuing purchase orders and helping to draw up contracts) Following internal procedures and updating of checklists and files related to each project


The ideal profile of the Project Assistant: A Bachelor's degree in secretarial work or equivalent. Perfect knowledge of French and Dutch with good knowledge of English Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the construction / real estate sector An excellent command of the MS Office tools Dynamic, enthusiastic and positive spirit Organized, respect of deadlines Proactive, flexible and able to switch easily from one activity to another.
