Within the DPE department, the team responsible of the digital assistant is working on (chat)bots so that they become a reference for customers wanting to contact Proximus. Integrated in web environment, mobile application and voice interfaces but also connected to artificial intelligence (AI), (chat)bots managed in that team have a crucial place inside Proximus digital ecosystem As a conversational UI analyst, you will be part of that team to: create and optimize bots dialogs, configure their interactions with back-ends (in collaboration with technical experts) training our bots to better understand what end-users are saying to them (in collaboration with AI specialists) Your work will be used in both sales and after-sales contexts for various customer segments. We are searching for people that have a strong affinity with digital customer needs, that are customer-oriented and that have a flexible, positive attitude, especially with regards to change and digital transformation.


Required competencies Good writing skills in at least 2 of the following languages: Dutch / French / English. French or Dutch is your mother tongue and you speak English fluently. Strong analytical mind, affinity with technical domain. Experience in digital communication (chat, messaging, social media ...) in a professional context is a pre-requisite. Experience in voice messaging is a true asset (design for a Voice IVR, Alexa, Google Assistant,...) Experience in working in an agile context String team mindset, collaboration skills An ideal candidate is... Passionate by both languages and technology. Basic knowledge/experience in development, functional or technical analysis is an asset. Aware of how bots work and what their possibilities and limitations are. Experience with platforms like dialogflow, Chatlayer or Microsoft Azure will be highly appreciated A good communicator, both with management and with peers Customer-oriented Cautious to keep a positive attitude and mindset, even in stressful situations Open to change related to working in a digital environment
