Our client is a well-known company active in the cosmetics sector. The client is a dynamic, inspiring and human-sized company.
As Customer Service Officer you will report to the Financial Manager and will be responsible for the following tasks: Maintain based on commercial conditions template our commercial agreements and conditions in our current CRM system and in a later stage in SAP upon request from Trade team; Maintain approved Price List in current CRM system based on commercial policy templates upon request from the Trade team; Act as a first point of contact for all customer related queries mostly via telephone and e-mail; Handle all customers claims & returns in an efficient, professional & timely manner and provide resolutions; Share relevant information with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Finance, country manager ...) on a regular basis, such as status/alerts on order portfolio execution; Collaborate with logistics providers to monitor deliveries and solve any issues; Invoice all our customers.
Profiel
The requested qualifications for this Customer Service Officer position include: You have minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position; You have a perfect command of French and Dutch, both orally and in writing, English is a plus; You have an ERP system knowledge (SAP is nice to have but not a must); You have a hands-on mentality and you solve problems proactively; You are autonomous and well organized; You are very structured and you have an eye for detail; You have a positive attitude in complex situations.
