Created in 2011, Stanley/Stella is a Belgian fast-growing company that is specialized in providing B2B fashion garments to the apparel market.  Our headquarter is located in Brussels. However, our scope has crossed multiple borders and we are serving clients within Europe.

Given the COVID-19 situation we have achieved to maintain our position as a quality apparel provider and with the support of our 100 employees, we even accomplished a double-digit growth this year, reaching nearly ¿70M. 

Our objective is to combine quality with fashion, along with a strong sustainable focus. We believe that fashion can be respectful towards our planet and the people: we utilize 100% organic cotton and recycled materials and we actively try to improve working and living conditions in manufacturing countries.

With innovation being one of our pillar, we continuously aim to improve and to pursue greater ambitions. We aspire to further expand our products range as well as our market to cover the entire European scope, with a special attention in developing our digital focus.

IT Helpdesk

Our IT team is looking for an Application Support Officer to provide first line support on our applications and infrastructure, for both internal and external clients.

Responding to technical problems that occur abruptly and take immediate solutions Providing technical support to teams within the organisation On both infrastructure related issues: Network, cloud infrastructure and devices As on application related issues: with our ERP, our CRM, our Webshop and our PIM systems Providing technical support to our official dealers on the usage of our API¿s Identifying and resolving technical issues in a proactive way, including the setup and maintenance of a monitoring solution Install workstations, smartphones, laptops, printers, phones, ¿ Managing ticketing helpdesk system and ensuring a comprehensive database of inquiries and resolutions is kept up to date (knowledge base) Maintaining and updating technical documentation


Behaviour You have a bachelor degree in IT Highly customer service oriented Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure Listening ability and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution in simple terms A good dose of patience Good memory of how software and infrastructure work Strong problem solving and analytical skills English and French required   Technical skills Knowledge of Operating Systems Administration: Windows and Linux Knowledge of Office 365 Administration Knowledge of a cloud platform administration, preferably MS Azure Knowledge of SQL Programming skills to work with API¿s (f.ex. PHP, Javascript, HTML/CSS, ¿)   Extra skills considered as a plus Experience with MS Business Central Experience with Odoo
