Created in 2012, Stanley/Stella is a Belgian fast-growing company that is specialized in providing B2B fashion garments to the apparel market.  Our headquarter is located in Brussels. However, our scope has crossed multiple borders and we are serving clients within Europe.

Given the COVID-19 situation we have achieved to maintain our position as a quality apparel provider and with the support of our 100 employees, we even accomplished a double-digit growth this year, reaching nearly ¿70M. 

Our objective is to combine quality with fashion, along with a strong sustainable focus. We believe that fashion can be respectful towards our planet and the people: we utilize 100% organic cotton and recycled materials and we actively try to improve working and living conditions in manufacturing countries.

With innovation being one of our pillar, we continuously aim to improve and to pursue greater ambitions. We aspire to further expand our products range as well as our market to cover the entire European scope, with a special attention in developing our digital focus.

To support our fast growth, and build the HR foundations, we are looking for a passionate HR Manager with a focus on People & our Culture (Values & DNA) Driven by innovation , with a can-do mentality ,you will be in charge of building the HR department and ensure that `People¿ are continuously integrated in everything we do ! You demonstrated expertise in the following area¿s and understand the essence of a solid company HR approach and successfully build upon it.  Talent Management: Acquisition & Development of People ( e.g. Recruitment / Training , Development) Strategy : Organisational Design (5Y plan) & Strategic HR Partner for Management Culture : Values , Diversity & Inclusion (e.g. Engagement Survey, Integration) Rewards: Evaluation, Comp & Benefits overview, payroll processes   Tasks & Responsibilities Support in hiring the best fitted people and oversee the scaling of the workplace infrastructure in line with the company¿s growth Supervise and innovate the hiring process together with the HR Business Partner: sourcing, applications, interviews & onboarding Work together with the HR Team in order to challenge & improve our HR Tools & Reporting Enable talent development and succession planning thinking long-term and big picture Understand our business model and value proposition, to build trust and credibility in developing a high-performance culture in alignment with the company¿s business objectives Create a trusted working environment that allows the people to perform in a compassionate and human-cantered environment which is aligned with our values (e.g. HR Taskforce, Employer in rethinking and continuously improving its HR Processes aligned with ...


You have bachelor or master degree in Human resources, Psychology or other related domains At least 10 years¿ work experience in HR - relevant experience as HR Manager OR HR Business Partner You have already an experience in people management Fluency in French & English , Dutch is a strong plus Knowledge of Belgian labor law You are not afraid of being hands-on , while keeping your helicopter view Strong project management skills - ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders including owning projects and topics from A to Z Operational Excellence - ability to work effectively, rigorously and with great discipline moving projects forward and designing and executing effective tools and processes Strong Emotional Intelligence - the ability to listen actively to people, understand and voice needs, take a step back and allow for neutral terrain Strong communication skills - ability to explain complex topics to a wide range of people
