Customer Data Analyst (m/v)

The Customer Analytics Team is a dynamic team in the E-commerce, Data & Analytics department at Delhaize. The mission of this team is to help and guide the business and top management with their operational and strategic decision making by formulating clear recommendations based on solid data analysis. As Customer Data Analyst you exploit Delhaize¿s database by using tools, statistical methodologies and data mining to provide your internal clients and management with clear, objective and relevant information to make decisions. You will communicate and present these observations, results and recommendations to your internal clients and management in an objective way. The Customer Data Analyst is the contact person for the analysis, as such you support and help different departments to put concrete action plans into place. To be able to share your knowledge with the rest of the organisation you proactively follow market trends. You participate in ad hoc customer insights projects and make sure objectives and timelines are respected. You identify shortcomings in methodologies and procedures, propose alternatives and are responsible for an efficient and successful follow-up.

Profiel

You have a master¿s degree in marketing, management, social sciences or statistics and you have 3 to 5 years¿ experience in a similar function. You have a clear and demonstrated experience with analytical tools used for analyzing large volumes of data. You are passionate about data analysis and can translate complex information into clear language. You have excellent communication skills in Dutch or French and a good knowledge of English. You work in an independent, precise, structured manner and are a team player with a clear customer focus. You can handle stress and changes, you are proactive and enthusiastic.
