A global logistics service provider located in Antwerp is looking for a Customer Care Representative for one of their business units. As a Customer Care Representative you will be responsible for your own client portfolio from a-z.

As Customer Care Representative your main responsibilities will be as follows: You will be responsible for one or more clients via telephone, mail or face-to-face You manage administration and maintain customer databases You process orders and communicate with internal departments You will handle various documents such as export documentations, packing lists etc
