About the Strategic International Sales Operations team:

Recruitment today has no frontiers; the right talent can be anywhere in the world.  Hence our Sales teams need to be expert in how to recruit globally. 

The Strategic International Sales Operations team is at the heart of this at StepStone.  We set up processes, tools, training and access to data that allows our sales teams to be these international experts.

We are also the `corporate glue¿ for other departments across our respective operating markets, allowing local teams in Customer Success, Lead Gen, Sales Operations, Training and Marketing to work together as one.

We are looking for someone with strong Business Analyst skills who can help us measure our international success and help `enable¿ our sales teams to be experts on International e-recruitment.  Hence the role offers a good balance of proactive and reactive work. 

As our Business Analyst, you¿ll work on your own but also with Sales Operations colleagues in several markets, helping to optimise and deliver key sales reports to senior management. You¿ll also help `enable¿ our Sales Teams to become expert in advising their clients about international e-recruitment.  A rich library of content exists and, with the help of your team colleagues, maintaining, developing and promoting this resource is vital. Finally, you¿ll handle a selection of our key country markets, working through routine processes such as monthly checks but also be their Single Point of Contact for any international sales enquiries they have, emanating from all departments and levels.


Proven success in data analytics, comfortable with Power BI and Excel Experience with Business Objects &/or Tableau or similar Total understanding of cross-cultural communication Inclusion is vital, hence a total ease communicating and working with everyone Fluent English (main working language) and strong language skills in at least one or more of the following languages (French, Dutch, German) As a small team, we need you to own and deliver on tasks Highly numerate and confident in analysing and interpreting data Knowledge of SAP and/or SalesForce Willing and able to travel mainly within Europe
