You want to step into the world of Finance, but you don't know yet which direction you want to take? With us, you don't have to decide. You just have to start.

As a Project Consultant at Captains of Finance, you get the chance to get a taste of the business world without committing.

For 1.5 years, you will gain broad experience in different functions and projects. With the help of personal coaching, you'll deepen your interests and build on your strengths.

And then? All options in Finance are open to you.

GO YOUR OWN WAY We customize your Academy track on the go, according to your personal experiences and preferences. Want to dive a little deeper into a project? Then maybe you'll stay there a little longer. Want as much variety in as many companies as possible? That's also possible. We have a check-in moment every two weeks and an evaluation meeting every few months. Based on all the experiences and insights you gain, after 1.5 years we will help you decide in which direction you want to continue. GET TO KNOW ALL THE OPTIONS At Captains of Finance, you will immediately start working as a consultant. You get a taste of different financial positions in a variety of companies and sectors, without having to commit. This way, you'll discover opportunities you may not have known about before. DEVELOP YOUR COMPETENCIES Thanks to regular contact moments, evaluations and training at our Finance Academy, you will quickly gain a deeper insight into your personal and professional competencies. We invest in your growth. To this end, we offer numerous tools: You receive on-the-job mentoring by highly trained and experienced finance professionals. You enjoy soft skill coaching and intensive technical training from top institutes and universities, tailored to your personal and professional needs. START YOUR CAREER WITH BROAD WORK EXPERIENCE You will gain broad experience in different projects and learn the first tricks of the trade. Jouw profiel

Are you an enthusiastic young professional who likes to take initiative? Do you have a positive attitude and do you want to invest in your own development? And do you recognize yourself in the following points? Then we might be a match! You have a master or bachelor degree in economics or finance. You speak fluent Dutch and French and have a good knowledge of English. You are flexible, dynamic and customer-oriented. You have excellent communication skills and are easy to get along with. You have a good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
