Join our team and you'll be responsible for sustaining and growing the business for long-term success. Working in the Sales department, you will handles key customers, develops strategies to improve, conducts high-level negotiations, and maximize the organization's profitability. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labor market to make it work for everybody. Your responsibilities: You visit clients and prospects on location and work closely together with other departments like Internal Sales, Customer Service and Marketing In this challenging and autonomous position, you strengthen and build on existing customer relationships and track down new customers. You manage the top companies in your region You make efficient diagnoses of customer needs and convert them into creative and strategic Stepstone solutions You achieve your assigned targets and get a kick out of exceeding them You don't shy away from daily administrative tasks such as maintaining the "CRM system", following up on your contacts and offers, etc.

Jouw profiel
You have experience in B2B sales (within HR or Recruitment is a plus) You have proven experience in "solution selling" and building successful customer relationships at management level You are stress resistant, autonomous and results and targets give you a kick You speak and write fluent Dutch and have a good knowledge of English. Knowledge of French is a plus.Taalvaardigheden
