Today, we are looking for a driven Forwarder Air Import.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure optimal customer service within the airfreight sector.

Your responsibilities:

• Accepting customer orders and forwarding them to the operations department.
• Proactively staying informed about ongoing shipments and keeping clients updated.
• Advising clients on pricing inquiries and other operational questions.
• Handling customer complaints thoroughly or referring them to the appropriate department.
• Working closely with the operations department for the back-office processing of your orders.
• Providing accurate and complete information for order handling and passing on potential leads to the sales department.

Jouw profiel

Your ideal background:

• Educational background: Initial administrative work experience in the logistics sector.
• Language skills: Good to excellent proficiency in Dutch, English, and French, both spoken and written.
• Personality: Independent, positive, and stress-resistant, with strong communication and customer-focused skills.
• Relevant knowledge: Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook; a critical mindset and a drive for innovative improvements are a plus.
