You are the coordinator who is responsible for the system-technical coordination of the BIM-specific aspect of the construction process.
You are the technical pivot in the field of linking building models, aspect models and other programs.
Your task is to set up and test building models (model checking & clash control) and to generate information for production.
You operate as a system builder and anchor of the BIM process and as a co-team player you organize the collaboration between the various parties.

Jouw profiel

• You are an experienced design manager, work planner or project coordinator
• You have strong technical, analytical and organizational competences and you are able to implement cooperation with internal and external parties at an operational level.
• You also have good communication skills to enable all parties to work together effectively.
• You are aware of the most current developments in the field and are able to assess how you can translate these into the operational context of the organization and the implementation of the construction projects that are carried out with BIM.
• You have an HBO / WO working thinking level, current knowledge and skills in the field of design and / or construction process management, BIM and ICT and open standards.
• Knowledge of Construction Cloud Autodesk or Navisworks is considerd as a big plus.
