  Here are the key responsibilities in detail:

    Lead a Global Compliance Program: Oversee the design and implementation of a comprehensive compliance program to ensure the proper review, classification, and management of technologies under ITAR and dual-use export control regulations.
  • 
    
    Technology Marking and Archiving: Ensure all technologies, whether stored physically or digitally, are appropriately marked and archived in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with multiple teams, including HR, Digital Technology, Procurement, and various business units, to align efforts and ensure the program's objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

    Program Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, and adapt these as necessary to address challenges, ensure timely completion, and achieve strategic goals.

    Monitor Progress and Mitigate Risks: Regularly track the program's progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective measures to maintain momentum and achieve desired outcomes.

    Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate program updates, risks, and results to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization.

Jouw profiel

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Expert in Trade Compliance: In-depth knowledge of ITAR and dual-use regulations, with a proven ability to apply this expertise to global compliance programs.
• Experienced Project Manager: Skilled in managing complex, cross-functional projects with strong planning, execution, and monitoring capabilities.
• Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented: Adept at handling multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively collaborating with teams and presenting to stakeholders.
• Problem-Solver and Innovator: Skilled in analyzing challenges, developing solutions, and implementing best practices in compliance and technology management.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with both digital and physical systems for archiving and marking technologies.
• Educational Background: Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in Law.
• Certifications (Preferred): Possesses project management certifications like PMP or Six Sigma, demonstrating expertise and commitment to excellence.
