Avantor is seeking a motivated Senior Supervisor to join the growing team in Beerse. In this role, you will provide direct support to the Site Manager and act as the first point of contact for other Supervisors onsite. This is a full-time hybrid position, based at the J&J site in Beerse. While the majority of your time will be spent onsite, you will have the flexibility to work from home one day per week. Occasional travel to customer locations within Belgium may also be required. Working Hours: Monday - Friday, with flexible start times between 07:30 and 09:00, and finish time starting from 16:00. The Team You are responsible for a team of eight associatesreporting directly into you. You'll closely collaborate with the onsite manager and together with your team and colleagues, you belong to our department Lab and Production Services. This division of Avantor supports leading pharmaceutical companies and laboratories all over the world, in Research and Development within the Life Sciences industry. What We're Looking For Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience Experience: Prior experience in the Chemistry or Life Sciences industry is preferred People management experience

Preferred Qualifications: Strong skills in MS Office Package are required Effective and fluent communication skills in both English and Dutch; French is a plus.
