Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect within our Digital Transformation Program. Within this program, we are driving towards a One Dstny Operating System (ODOS) supporting Belgian and European operations and managing the replacement of legacy systems with core technology solutions. ODOS is a company-wide initiative aiming to harmonize our customer journeys, product portfolios, and technology across the Dstny Group.

As an Enterprise Architect, you play a key role in defining and implementing our enterprise architecture strategy with the goal of achieving a fully integrated and scalable business model. You work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our digital transformation aligns with our strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing an overarching Enterprise architecture strategy that supports business goals and enhances our operational efficiency.
• Leading the architecture development and ensuring consistency in architectural decisions across different business units.
• Collaborating with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to align the technological roadmap with strategic business objectives.
• Guiding the adoption of architecture standards and principles, including TM Forum standards (eTOM, SID, TOM).
• Evaluating current and future architecture needs and identifying technological opportunities and risks.
• Ensuring adherence to architecture principles and effective governance of the architecture.
• Developing roadmaps for the evolution of IT landscapes and the digital transformation of the company.
• Coordinating change processes within the organization to implement and embed the architecture.

Jouw profiel

Your profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role as an Enterprise Architect within the telecom sectoExtensive knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and experience applying TM Forum standards.
• Proven experience with digital transformation projects, technology platform integration, and aligning IT with business strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to translate complex concepts into understandable information for various stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize business processes.
• Fluent in English. Dutch and French are a plus.
