Our client is a major financial-services entity with a dedicated department for Financial Security and Client Service, currently strengthening its KYC / onboarding operations team in Brussels.

• Apply Know Your Customer (KYC) policies correctly and consistently
• Monitor and process onboarding and recertification requests from offices and customers
• Validate client data via internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy
• Provide advisory input based on risk checks and documented findings
• Input KYC information into the relevant compliance / workflow systems
• Escalate unusual risk deviations or irregularities to management / compliance
• Maintain direct contact with clients as part of information gathering
• Follow operational risk procedures, escalate when suspecting non-compliance
• Keep up to date with KYC-related regulation, internal policy and process changes
• Analyze dossiers independently, propose alternative / corrective solutions where needed

Jouw profiel

• Bachelor's degree (financial area preferred) or equivalent proven experience
• Strong fluency in Dutch and French (written & verbal)
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
• Process-oriented mindset and respect for deadlines and compliance
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach (internal & external customer-focus)
• Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team
• Comfortable working with MS Office and other IT / workflow tools
• Adaptable to change and committed to continuous improvement
