As a Future Banking Talent in Customer & Product Expertise, you will be the first point of contact for individual clients, handling their requests across various banking products: accounts, cards, loans, savings, online banking, and more.

You ensure each interaction is handled with care, clarity, and professionalism, through phone, email, or digital channels.

This role is not a typical client service job: it is a real opportunity to build deep knowledge of the bank's services, sharpen your communication and problem-solving skills, and position yourself for future roles within the bank.

Jouw profiel

As a Future Banking Talent in Customer & Product Expertise, you have the following profile:

  You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree: any specialization is welcome
• 
  
  You have good commands of French and Dutch. English is a plus
• 
  
  You have excellent communication skills and are client-oriented
• 
  
  You are proactive, solution-driven, and enjoy working in a structured environment
