Our client is based in Nivelles.

For this young graduate position at our client, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities :

Project Support :

• Participate in various projects beyond core Customer Service responsibilities, based on your interests and desired level of involvement.

Sales Support

• Assist the Sales Department with tenders, CRM management, purchase orders, and sales follow-up activities.
• Act as a primary point of contact for both the Sales team and customers.

Customer & Supplier Communication

• Handle inquiries from customers and external suppliers via email or phone.
• Provide effective solutions by coordinating with internal departments.

Order Management

• Manage the full order lifecycle: from receiving and entering orders to coordinating supply and logistics through to final delivery.
• Ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders, including customers and logistics providers.

Inventory & Production Coordination

• Monitor product inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the Production Department to maintain optimal stock availability.

Jouw profiel

For this young graduate position, our client is looking for someone with the following skills:

• Master degree.
• A first internship is a plus.
• You speak fluently French and English.
• You are proactive and hands-on. You thrive in a role where routine is not the norm and variety keeps you motivated.
• You have great communication skills and can adapt your communication to your audience (C-Level, external partners, customers, etc).
