As a senior recruiter at #StepStone, you are responsible for the selection and recruitment process from A to Z of employees for various departments within #StepStone. This implies: Compiling competency profiles together with the internal client / recruiting manager Selecting and deploying of the most suitable recruitment channel (internal mobility and external channels) Coordinating contacts with external partners Interviewing candidates / possibly also organizing of business cases Giving advice to the internal customer / recruiting manager Negotiating wages and contracts with the chosen candidates Following up of the new employees during the first 6-months of their #StepStone journey What makes you match with this great assignment?
