Job description: Our Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise is responsible for recruiting across all business units and corporate functions in EMEA. The team work as partners and experts supporting our business and HR team in hiring the best talent, to enable our continued growth and success.  We¿re a forward-thinking team, leveraging strong relationships and data. We are positioned to make a dramatic impact on the culture at Johnson Controls by focusing on delivering high quality hires in an appropriate time frame.   What you will do..   Reporting to a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, supervising a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, responsible for hiring all roles (except exec level) across the JCI enterprise. This is a regional role responsible for multiple countries.   You will work closely with your line manager and assigned business and HR stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment and stakeholder collaboration. To deliver on these objectives, you prioritize the urgency and importance of your team¿s requisition load. You supervise your team to ensure effective candidate generation and service which meet diversity and overall recruiting goals. In addition you will remain a productive member of the TA COE, personally responsible for complex or more senior requisitions.   How you will do it.. * Oversee all Talent Acquisition activity within your team for the BeNeLux region, including operational responsibility for new hires * Tracking of all open requisition and their current hiring status ¿ including interviews, offers and start dates. * Working as a part of a broader regional team, ensuring TA Management is updated activity as required. * Ensure Hiring Managers are aligned and aware of the hiring activities for their open positions with continuous collaboration and communication. * Develop hiring strategies to attract and engage external talent, including market research and participation in different events within the local community. * Monitor...
