Selling and managing a team of salespeople is your cup of tea. You like to contribute to the further development of a sales team of experts to conquer the market even more. You like to lay the building blocks for StepStone to continue to grow towards the future.

Based in two offices (Brussels and Kortrijk), you are responsible for a team of 15 Inside Sales people. You report directly to the Sales Director BeNeLux.

People Management is entirely your thing: You motivate and direct your team. You ensure that the KPIs and the targets are achieved.  You actively support in negotiations and closing of deals. You are responsible for the induction and training of new colleagues in cooperation with the training department Thanks to your charisma and convincing skills, you can motivate your team and make them outperform. You ensure individual performance management through documented feedback-discussions and regular reviews with each team member. You participate in the recruitment of new sales talents.   You are great in implementing an ambitious sales strategy: You have overall responsibility for the sales performance of your Inside Account managers¿ team in Belgium. You implement the sales strategy to continue to realize an ambitious annual growth path, you will define concrete objectives, which you will follow up with your team. You prepare binding forecasts and corresponding pipeline management You ensure that your team is continuously up to date in terms of product and market knowledge and sales techniques.
