Architect the B2B and B2C Social Media strategy to enhance the companies social media presence Run cost-effective Social Ads plans and campaigns Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn,, Pinterest, and potentially additional channels Create shareable content for specific networks to spread our brand, content and links Engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing customers and leads and from brand new audiences Work alongside other marketeers and content producers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target buyers. Determine the KPI's for Social Media, analyze how to improve them and report to the wider organization. With growth and engagement strategies in place, you will need to create and explain your Social marketing plan that will outline the steps required to convert potential customers into active customers (B2C) and fans into Brand affiliates (B2B) You understand our Brand affiliates and customers. What are their interests, concerns and issues? How can you help them come to take the right decision with the content you publish? Bring a visual branding that's consistent but at the same time distinctive with new formats, you are a visionary You will also wear the hat of a Community Manager You will establish the social Media Moderation team to increase the interaction with customers and monitor brand mentions You will develop and expand the influencer outreach best practices and efforts that our brand affiliates could benefit from


4+ years in digital (preferably Social Media) CMS, Social Media publishing, moderation and listening tools Active on social media, with a command of each network and their best practices Excellent communicator and creative thinker, using both data and intuition to inform decisions Work with copywriters to translate the strategy into concise messages Eye for design Great with numbers and analytics Strong organizational skills; Pro-active problem-solving abilities, planning and delivering Strong in customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies in Social Media Up to date with online marketing concepts Open mindset focused on opportunities and solutions rather than problems and obstacles Fluency in English Team work within a virtual, international team
