Customer Service Representative ¿ Back office
(1-year contract with possible extension)

We currently have an open position for a Back Office Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate for this position will be under the supervision of the CS & Design Manager France & Benelux.

The position will be based in Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium.

In this role, you will work as part of a professional and dedicated Customer Service team (4 people in Belgium, 6 people in the Netherlands and 10 people in France). While being in close contact with the Supply Chain organization of Tetra Pak Europe, the main responsibility will be to support our customers by performing a variety of tasks.
· Taking care of all incoming requests (mainly e-mail) from our Benelux customers to amend or follow up on their orders. · Executing all order management and design administration activities; maintaining all Master Data in SAP and other systems. · Make sure the sales forecast is in line with customer requirements. · Support the design process and ensure a correct invoicing process. · Liaising with foreign production factories (mainly in Europe) and coordinate some logistic activities.


· Higher education or bachelor¿s degree. Some experience in a similar role (CS/Supply Chain/administrative function) is beneficial. Developed MS Office skills are required, experience with SAP is a big plus. · You are fluent in Dutch and English (additionally French would be a big advantage) · You think in a structured way and act decisively in the best interests of Tetra Pak and our customers. · You are well-organised, pro-active and highly adaptable to change. · You are also keen on meeting customer expectations and will easily switch between operational tasks and analysing data to make improvements. · You have well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize your work. Furthermore, you are persistent and work efficiently to solve issues alone ¿ or together with others.
