Description Here is your chance to become Nu Skin's new Compliance Representative. If you have an interest in compliance and a business-oriented profile, this might be the job for you. In this role, you will help preserve the reputation and the legal interests of Nu Skin EMEA by monitoring and reviewing all compliance matters in Western Europe. The role is based in our Brussels office and will report to the EMEA Compliance Manager, located in Copenhagen. The majority of your tasks will be handled from the Brussels office, but it is important that you are willing to travel internationally when required where you will get a chance to meet your EMEA colleagues. As this role is very independent, we need a candidate who is self-motivated, detail-oriented and solution-minded and who possesses strong organizational and time management skills. Furthermore, you must be able to build and maintain solid interpersonal relationships and demonstrate excellent communication skills and customer service abilities. Responsibilities Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with established Nu Skin Policies & Procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations. Coordinate the investigation and preparation of all possible substantiated compliance cases which may require sanctions and/or legal action against our Brand Affiliates or Accounts. Review/approve Local Marketing and promotional material produced by independent Brand Affiliates. Prepare monthly reports for the EMEA management outlining the status of all compliance matters - identify risk areas and monitor and review priorities. Train the Sales Team and other relevant departments on compliance issues including the Nu Skin Policies & Procedures. Undertake and independently perform special projects as required, for example review of Brand Affiliate forms.


Must Have Requirements Minimum a few years of experience in compliance, Brand Affiliate/business support or a similar role. Education and experience within law or compliance is preferred. Excellent English skills, both written and verbal as well as at least one WEU languages, preferably Spanish/Italian IT proficiency. Strong analytical skills and professional accuracy. Ability to work independently and a desire to assume a broad area of responsibility. Strong communication skills.
