For our client, a industry leader in construction materials located in Tessenderlo, Hays Herentals (BE) is urgently looking for a professional sales assistant to join the dynamic team in Belgium or in Germany. As a sales assistant within the back office department, you function as a point of contact for the dealer network in Germany. You process the orders in the system and you advise and guide them through their purchase every step of the way. You make sure the transportation and delivery of the products goes as smooth as possible and you keep the client consistently up to date about the process. In case of alterations of problems you provide the client with all the necessary information. Furthermore you follow up new releases, keep the product information up to date, work on different campaigns and report to the team regarding targets.

Profiel

To complement the fantastic back office sales team, we are looking for someone who has a great interest in technical equipment and ideally has already experience in a similar job. As a sales assistant you will need to have great communicative and listening skills. You know how to react on the client's needs and provide them with the most suitable solution. Since you will be mostly working with the German dealers, you are have an excellent knowledge in the German language and culture. Of course any other European language is a great plus! You are a great multitasker that loves to work in team, can cope with stress very well and react efficiently in unforeseen circumstances.
