CTG is looking for a Lead Consultant (Implementation Architect) focusing on Application Development.
 
Our Application Solutions team builds modern Web and mobile applications and delivers cloud, (scaled) Agile and DevOps services to our customers and you play a key role in this area, from strategy to project execution.
 
You'll work from our Delivery Centre in Diegem and from various customer locations.
 
 
Job description

• As a Lead Consultant, you combine technical, people related and commercial tasks for our Application Development services.
• You'll take a leading role in the development team in close collaboration with our Solution architects.
• In our projects you will work primarily as a seasoned developer and/or architect and execute technical, architect and/or advisory roles.
• You show thought leadership through white papers, conference presentations and speaker engagements.
• Your people related responsibilities will require you to act as a Team Leader/coach and support talent management through recruiting, training and retention of the consultants in your solution area.
• Commercially you provide subject matter expertise and support to sales pursuits, opportunity responses, proposal development and marketing initiatives.

 
Profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in the Application Solutions area focused on Web and mobile development (Angular, Node.js or other JavaScript frameworks, Python, ...).
• Working with Agile techniques (Scrum, SAFe, ...) is second nature to you.
• Being familiar with Cloud solutions (Azure or other cloud computing services and DevOps (Continuous Integration and Delivery, Docker, Kubernetes, ...) would be an added value.
• You're a seasoned technical coach and visionary in this area with the natural ability to inspire a technical as well as a non-technical audience.This includes demonstrating your technical expertise in sales, marketing and service development context.
• You communicate fluently in English and Dutch or French.
