Assignment
We are looking for an application and integration architect who can give substance to the design and integration of IT solutions of our business partners within our internal application landscape. You work within a compact team of architects at enterprise and solution level supported by enterprise architecture and the reference architecture. You model your solutions in ArchiMate and use Togaf.
Daily tasks
As an application and integration architect you are responsible for
- Designing IT solutions that meet our partner's functional and non-functional requirements. You help build our application landscape, which consists of on-premise and cloud applications, package solutions and in-house development.
- Ensuring support for the IT solution among the client, the project team and the experts
- Identifying IT risks and facilitating decisions to be made by our client when evaluating alternative solutions
- The evolution of the reference architecture with the needs of the business and with the general evolutions in the IT field, if these can be of benefit to the business
- Monitoring the architecture realization by expert teams
- Documenting architecture decisions in artifacts
- The architecture governance by participating in the necessary governance processes and/or by participating in the existing governance boards
- Transparently report the evolution of the various tasks and assignments, both in terms of content and in terms of timings, to the Project Manager, assigned to the projects.
Practical information
- Startdatum: ASAP
- Location: Brussels, Gent and Antwerp
- Work regime : Fulltime -+ 2/3 days remote is possible
- Languages: NL/FR/ENG or FR/ENG
