As a member of the Sales Team, you're responsible for the success of jobs.lu and our customers !


Your tasks : As an Inside Sales you will: Work on a portfolio of B2B customers and prospects, from hunting to closing deals by phone Advise customers on their recruitment needs (single point of contact) Cooperate closely with the customer service to implement our services You sell by calling proactively the jobs.lu products, day by day, to every kind of companies, bringing job seekers and employers together Work with monthly targets based on your call activity and your invoiced sales Search for initiatives to grow your sales activities

Profil

Profile : We need an Inside Sales who has : A Heart that beats faster when it can play with our clients and prospects A Brain that works better when it can close deals An Energy who drives you to reach your KPI's, deadlines and monthly targets A Mind that gets more beautiful when it can work on sales initiatives and give advice to clients A Body that moves smoother in a B2B Environment A Tongue that speaks fluent English and French! German and Luxembourgish is a plus.
