As the Technology Compliance Lead, you will primarily focus on owning the Technology Compliancy methodology and process. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that all Software technology assets are created using common secure standards and processes, hosted on Deloitte-certified environments, and have a defined level of IT participation.

• Methodology Development and Enhancement:
  • Develop, document, and maintain a robust methodology tailored to the organization's specific needs and industry standards.
  • Continuously improve the methodology by incorporating best practices and adapting it to changing business needs.
• Process Standardization:
  • Standardize software project management processes across the organization to ensure consistency and quality in project execution.
  • Create templates, guidelines, and templates to streamline project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Methodology Communication and Training:
  • Communicate and educate development and project teams, stakeholders, and IT personnel on the established methodology.
  • Provide training and support to ensure proper implementation and adherence to the methodology.
• Governance and Compliance:
  • Establish governance processes to monitor compliance with the methodology.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence and identify areas for improvement.
• Performance Metrics and Reporting:
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the processes.
  • Generate and present reports to senior management on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Resource Allocation and Capacity Planning:
  • Build, scale, and manage Compliance team to support business needs
  • Management of the Gtom compliance team and work prioritisation
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, regularly seeking feedback and identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Lead initiatives to improve capabilities across the organization, related to the methodology.

 

Let's talk about you

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience with Software development lifecycle and basic knowledge and understanding of GDPR and security controls, are a must
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in project management, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced IT environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
