Our client is a main provider of software developing services in the transport industry, based in Brussels with offices close to a main railway station.
 
 

Job description

 
You'll integrate withing our client's team with focus on domain Applications, Data or Business.

• You'll draw up the IT strategy and IT roadmap, for complex problems and concerns around alignment between business and IT;
• You'll build up ongoing knowledge of the business processes, information elements, roles, applications and the relationship between these elements;
• You'll capture the needs of the organization and translate these into technical specifications and quality attributes;
• You will not only participate in existing projects, but you will remain alert to new developments and proactively propose improvement proposals;
• You will be a point of contact for various stakeholders.

 

Requirements

• You have at least a bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information
  systems, or a related study field. Or you're equivalent by relevant professional experience;
  
• You have at least 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in closely related
  

  domain Applications, Data or Business

• You have relevant professional experience working as an Enterprise Architect, Infrastructure Architect, Security Architect, Data Scientist, etc;
• You have knowledge of compliance and Enterprise Architecture frameworks, such as Togaf
  and COBIT;
  
• You have profound knowledge and experience in ArchiMate, being certified is considered as a
  plus;
  
• Having experience with Adoit Enterprise Architecture Suite is considered as an additional plus;
• You have demonstrated communication, presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to technologists;
• Having experience in management and strategy is highly recommended to act as partner for
  Senior Management;
  
• You have good active knowledge of English, both spoken and written. You are fluent in Dutch and/or French.
