As a member of the Sales Team, you're responsible for the success of Stepstone and our customers!
Tasks & Responsibilities : Work on a portfolio of large B2B customers and prospects, from hunting to closing deals by phone Manage your portfolio of clients, you listen to their needs and train them in the use of our products Search for initiatives to grow your sales activities and develop the business You detect cross/up-selling opportunities and take initiatives to improve your sales Help to coordinate across the businesses for our Sales colleagues Work with monthly targets based on your call activity and your invoiced sales
