Our customer is looking for an experienced Salesforce Analyst to implement and support their applications within the CRM Salesforce domain.
 
 

Job description

• You will apply your functional expertise to various domain applications, such as Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Customer Community;
• You are involved in application management by analyzing business needs, identifying the solution and estimating costs;
• You are responsible for supporting and following up the development cycle: needs analysis and functional design of the solutions;
• You evaluate the technical solutions of the development teams and check the deliverables;
• You are in charge of the different testing phases and support the implementation;
• You maintain reference documentation. You act as a functional reference point within your domain;
• You provide problem management support and, as second line, incident support.

 

Required experience

• You hold a higher degree, master or engineer.
• You have several years of experience as key user or analyst with Salesforce.
• You have a good functional knowledge of Salesforce (CRM):
• Experience with Salesforce configuration;
• You are interested in mobile technologies, information digitization and process improvement;
• You are familiar with UML 
• You are fluent in French or Dutch and good knowledge of the other language, knowledge of professional technical English
• Key competencies: Learning ability, Analytical ability, Customer and result orientation, Rigour, Accuracy and Communication.
