Position title: Preventieadviseur / HSE Engineer - DYMO Location: Sint-Niklaas, BE Reports to: QSHE Manager Job summary As Preventieadviseur / HSE Engineer you will provide day-to-day advice and information to the Plant Manager and his team on all Health & Safety & Environmental issues as legally required in our highly automated manufacturing site in Sint-Niklaas. You will be member of the committee (CPBW). You will drive high performance culture to achieve zero risks on safety. Key responsibilities: Maintain and enforce the safety and environmental program Identify health & safety risks; propose improvements to enhance safety execution and awareness Point of contact for the government and government inspections Lead of the IDPBW Inform and advise the Plant Manager in all safety matters Drive company's safety program Manage compliance with NWL rules and any legal obligations for Safety & Environment Report all accidents and incidents using the available procedures Train the organization on relevant safety and environmental matters Maintain & improve the documentation for HSE Participate in Compliance, Safety, Security and ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 audits Drive the Sustainability initiatives for the location Report the environmental data internally and externally

Profil
Minimum requirements: Technical education, Master's or Bachelor's degree in electro-mechanics or electronics At least 3-5 years of proven experience as "Preventieadviseur niveau II" Knowledge of ARAB, AREI, codes Health and Safety Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken) Good command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Skills and competencies: Strong team player Influencing skills to engage people for Safety, Health and Environmental programs as well as Quality programs Very good organizational and administrative skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
