A new job as Treasury Middle Officer has just become available for a company in the sector of Sustainability in the Center of Brussels.

You will join the Group Treasury team. The position plays a critical role in the organization, ensuring efficient, accurate operations while complying with the latest regulations and standards.

Main tasks as Treasury Middle Officer: To implement, administer and maintain the cost pricing system, procedures, and practices. To be accountable for inventory accounting, analysis and validation of inventory variances (e.g. physical counts &/or 3rd party locations inventory reconciliations). To assist with the follow-up and analysis of the Capital Expenditure projects, report findings to management and initiate corrective action. To provide also financial analysis to management that will support the request for new Capital Expenditure. To ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of Plant Operating Results (Month-end closing process). To support with the preparation of the annual plant budget, periodic forecast and to perform spending variance analysis. To ensure strict compliance with all Corporate Finance policies and provide training when necessary. To be the control owner for specific SOX-controls.

Profil

Profile of the Treasury Middle Officer: University Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or equivalent. A first experience in finance is an asset. Strong written and spoken command of English, knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset. Acquainted with MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
