This role requires a candidate with extensive experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects with a large impact on business.
 
 

The Project Manager will be responsible for

• building in a fast pace and maintaining a network in multiple entities of the group
• delivering landscape analysis and steer analysts to do so in the most efficient way
• remove impediments of any kind
• define and roll out improvement opportunities on technical and operational level
• report and manage the project with standard PM deliverables: risk mgmt, reporting on delivery and planned actions, planning, ...
• steer and plan work of the team members and align on planning of surrounding teams

In addition to the above you will need to have a strong background in analysis as well as experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and handle complex analyses from time to time.
Although we are looking for a Project Manager, we really are looking for an enthusiastic colleague that fits in our team and is very eager to learn, picks up things that land on the table of the team and objectively decides with the team lead if it is priority to deal with it now or maybe later.
 
 

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Agile projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and to specification
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Facilitate and manage Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Identify and mitigate project risks and report project status to stakeholders regularly
• Manage relationships with internal and external partners and suppliers as required
• Continuously improve Agile processes and methods, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in project delivery
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, and foster teamwork and collaboration

 

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager for at least 5 years, preferably in a software development environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Experience in automotive and/or Financial sector is a plus
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and/or Lean
• Knowledge of common Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence and etc.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional project teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to a range of stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch and English
