Senior Area Manager (F/M/X)
Development of country-specific marketing strategies in collaboration with the markets in question/customers, as well as new customer acquisition Ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty through customer-focused service and economic problem solving Annual meetings on top of negotiations with international customers during the year Creation of market-specific analyses and presentations Responsible for annual volume, sales, price and budget planning Planning and coordination of global and market-specific promotion Development of country strategies, as well as continuous market and competition analyses Representation of the company and the global portfolio at international trade fairs Regular international customer visits
Profil
Successful completion of an academic course of studies Relevant experience in international sales and/or export in the consumer goods industry (preferably beverages or beer industry) and in customer management, as well as familiarity with the customer structure of international trade Very good written and spoken English; further language skills an advantage Communication and social skills paired with good negotiation skills Assured knowledge of all MS Office applications Strategic thinking and a high degree of own initiative, flexibility and service orientation Strong willingness to travel internationally
