Key Responsibilities As a Senior Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include: Negotiating and drafting contracts to designate a team of partners (architects, engineering firms, etc.) based on the project's requirements. Ensuring the compliance of documents with program requirements, current construction standards, and building permits. Thinking and building in consideration of current challenges, such as ESG and sustainability. Preparing and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and all administrative obligations related to construction (from tendering to post-intervention documents). Preparing and coordinating tender documents, negotiating and contracting contractors, and tracking invoices. On-site supervision of contractors and suppliers, whether for general contracting or divided lots. Ensuring compliance with all safety rules on-site, in close collaboration with the safety coordinator. Ensuring a proper handover of responsibilities to colleagues in sales and operations in the final project phase. Reporting to the Director of Construction.

Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of construction projects, from the conceptual phase to the final realization. You will closely collaborate with a team of partners, including architects and engineering firms, to negotiate and draft appropriate contracts for each specific project.

Profil
Your Profile To be ideally suited for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: A Master's degree in construction engineering with substantial experience as a project manager, overseeing an entire construction site. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of the latest construction techniques and materials. Familiarity with the construction sector in Belgium. Fluent in both Dutch and French. Experience in team management and motivation. A preference for a hands-on and practical approach. Proficiency in commonly used software in the industry.
