We are seeking an ambitious and outgoing colleague for our BeLux Legal Sopra Steria Group, a major player in consulting, technology services, and software publishing in Europe, to assist its clients in the successful transformation of their business and information systems. Team with a strong interest in commercial matters, negotiation, and information technology. The ideal candidate is a three-lingual professional fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience, capable of thriving in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on various commercial and IT-related matters.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including technology agreements, vendor contracts, and client agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends, with a keen interest in information technology.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support the business in making informed decisions.
• Assist in corporate governance and compliance matters.

 

Qualifications

• Degree in Belgian Law.
• Between 3 and 7 years of relevant experience in commercial and IT law.
• Out-of-the-box thinker, interested in new technologies.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• An eagerness to learn and adapt to changing legal landscapes.
