For their office in Brussels South they are looking for a Business Analyst.
 
 

Job description

 
As a Business Analyst with experience in retail and e-Commerce you are responsible for analysing data, processes, and customer trends to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and working collaboratively with third-party vendors.

• You understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for retail eCommerce, CRM, marketing automation, and others.
• You analyse existing business processes and systems and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• You manage the integration of different systems and ensuring seamless data flow between different systems by working closely with third-party vendors and partners.
• You provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for any issues related to the integrated platforms, working closely with third-party vendors.
• You work together with the development team to prioritize and implement business requirements and third-party integrations.
• You ensure functionality and reliability thorough testing and quality assurance of integrated systems.
• You propose innovative solutions that enhance business operations, including potential third-party integrations.
• You conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users and third-party components.

 

Required experience

• a bachelor's degree
• proven experience as a Business Analyst
• strong understanding of retail eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and others
• knowledge of software development methodologies and data integration techniques
• excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• strong communication skills
• team player
• bilingual English/French and knowledge of Dutch
