To strengthen our team in Belgium, we are looking for a Talent acquisition specialist who will be in charge of identifying potential talents and developing our portfolio of clients.

You will find yourself in the most interesting projects in different domains within the financial services industry.

You will get the opportunity to reinforce and enhance your expertise, but also to further develop your skills and knowledge in different topics.

Your role

• 360° management of sourcing and recruitment cycles (in Belgium and France);
• Head-hunting activities: sourcing, interviewing and assessing;
• Building strong customer relationships;
• Support and follow up both clients and consultants across the process;
• Leverage existing resources and share information via different pipelines in order to facilitate strategically the attraction of candidates ;
• Define recruiting strategies, proactively identify and search for the best talents.

Profil

Your profile

• You have at least a Bachelor's degree and 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment agency or consultancy company;
• You are experienced in active sourcing, interviewing, networking and negociation;
• You are result oriented and driven by achieving your goals;
• You are a great communicator in Dutch/French and English;
• You have knowledge about Employer Branding (Linkedin).
