Job description

 
We're looking for a seasoned Mobile APP Developer to spearhead our client's Mobile Team's efforts.

• You'll take charge of our client's React Native projects, developing sophisticated mobile applications for iOS and Android, ensuring top-tier user experience and consistency;
• You'll lead the evaluation and optimization of mobile application performance, ensuring streamlined operation and reliability across various devices;
• You'll work in tandem with the backend team, integrating mobile applications with Bff to ensure data coherence and prompt synchronization;
• You'll translate intricate UX/UI designs into fluid, high-quality mobile interfaces, setting standards and guidelines for junior developers;
• You'll ensure optimal functionality and refinement across different devices and operating systems, troubleshooting any platform-centric issues;
• You'll spearhead the adaptation of emerging trends in React Native and mobile development, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation;
• You'll establish benchmarks and practices using React Native-specific testing tools to guarantee robustness and top-tier performance of applications;
• You'll provide regular project insights, proactively address challenges, and cultivate an open dialogue culture;
• You'll mentor junior developers, imparting your vast knowledge and expertise.

 

Requirements

• You have at least 7 years of experience as an APP developer, in React Native development, with a portfolio of sophisticated mobile applications for iOS and Android;
• Having experience in Objective-C is a plus;
• You have expertise in the seamless integration of mobile applications with Bff solutions;
• You have comprehensive understanding of mobile application frameworks, life cycles, trends, and the newest technologies;
• You have good knowledge of tools and frameworks inherent to React Native, and Version Control tools such as GIT;
• You have a demonstrated ability in performance optimization techniques, ensuring fluid operation across diverse Mobile devices and OS versions;
• You have deep familiarity with Agile methodologies, emphasizing leadership, collaboration, and rapid, iterative progress;
• You have the ability to work synergistically with cross-functional teams, possessing a mentoring spirit and the eagerness to share insights;
• You own an unyielding drive for excellence, aiming to raise the bar in user experience and application efficacy continuously;
• You have good multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate high-pressure situations and adapt in a swiftly changing environment.
• You have good active knowledge of Dutch OR French. You are fluent in English.
